Due to the quick turn around with orders, address changes are not accepted. Once processed, orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. 

LavishCitizen is not responsible for products after they are accepted by carrier for delivery. 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information to the email address used to place your order. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive a confirmation email after 3 days of your purchase.
